You pay for the actual weight of waste collected, measured on certified digital scales at the point of collection. The minimum charge is shown on our pricing page. Prices may change without notice; the price quoted at booking applies to that booking.
We don't accept asbestos, hazardous chemicals, full paint cans, food waste, gas cylinders, fire extinguishers or clinical waste. If we find such items in a load, we may charge an additional handling fee or refuse the load.
You can cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before the agreed collection time. Cancellations within the hour may be charged a £30 call-out fee.
We take reasonable care during collection. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for items left on site once we have completed the agreed scope of work.
Payment is taken on completion by cash, card or bank transfer. VAT invoices are issued to businesses on request.
